All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@videoeeg.es . Cancellations made before October 1, 2022 will be fully refunded minus €50 management fees. After this date, there will be no right to any refund.
The payment of the hotel will be made when leaving it. However, a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation at no cost. For group reservations, please contact the Technical Secretariat
